ExperienceRichard Gephart and Martin Hill met in 1999 while volunteering on numerous community fundraising projects and, in subsequent years, served as members of the Board of Directors for the Raleigh Jaycees.
Professionally, Martin sold residential real estate for a large Raleigh general brokerage firm. Richard worked for a custom home builder, and was a licensed, residential home inspector. Their similar interests in construction and real estate led to the formation of their company, Gephart Hill Properties and Construction.
Richard and Martin each hold both General Contractor's Licenses and Real Estate Broker's Licenses. They specialize in new home construction, residential rehabilitation, large additions and general brokerage services.
